What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turned on PC
2. Peer Block attempted to load
3. Crashed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List updates

What version of PeerBlock are you using? 
 PeerBlock 1.1
On what operating system? 64-bit
Processor: AMD Phenon(tm)IIX4
