What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run As Admin
2.added perm allow and Block lists and private lists Also created task to start 
at reboot.  rebooted and never restarted program tried all compatibility modes 
available.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program to start normally and update instead I get Uncaught Exception.png error 
messsage

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?  PeerBlock 1.2 (r693) Windows8.1 64 bit

peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
