Science stands still because there are many ethical restrictions. They do not allow scientists to openly conduct research on humans. Because of this, we cannot move forward, fully study the human. Ethical restrictions do not allow us to move on to the next stage in the development of medicine.

I read about unethical experiments on people in the USA. I am more and more convinced of the need for unethical experiments for the development of science and medicine.

Why, if there is a death penalty, scientific experiments on such prisoners have not yet been legalized?
