Thanks for with-simulated-input #10

Hi @DarwinAwardWinner ,

I just wanted to say thanks for writing this package. I just needed it in one of my packages, and it "just worked," and I can't imagine how much trouble it would have been to do it myself.

I'll close this issue now so as not to litter the repo. :)
