FidoCadJ does not remember the save/open file directory #116

Hi,

in 0.24.6 version (on Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit) if I open or save a file in a specific directory (not home directory), when close and restart fidocadj, the menu FILE > APRI UN FILE or FILE >SALVA (Italian version) point to home directory.

From 0.24.3 to 0.24.5 this problem does not occur.
