Implementation of export to gEDA pcb-rnd/PCB #134

Round trip seems to be working nicely.

To-Do:

create some libraries of FidoCadJ equivalent footprint libraries for use in gEDA pcb-rnd/PCB
implement automatic rotation of footprints exported to gEDA pcb-rnd/PCB

Will not/can not be supported on export to gEDA pcb-rnd/PCB:

text rotated to angles other than n * 90 degrees, where n = 0,1,2,3
polygons other than square or rectangular pads in footprint elements
text annotations within footprints are not supported

Minor issues:

text will not map 1:1 given the differences in font defs, and coordinate systems

Hints:

Users have to rename their chosen outline layer to "outline" in the exported .pcb file, since - there is no way to flag a particular layer as "outline" in FidoCadJ.

Ideas for later:

stroked font glyph/font exporter module, similar to ExportPCBRND.java, for creation of stroked font definitions +/- Hershey fonts for use on PCBs and also for g-code/engraving/eggbot applications. Existing font creation tools cater to outline fonts, i.e. FontForge
