Ver. 0.24.7 and new window size #140

Ver. 0.24.7 on Windows 7

  1. Open FidoCADJ and maximize the window
  2. Load any circuit
  3. Press Ctrl-N to open a new FidoCADJ window
  4. The new window opens but not maximized. It would be fine if any new FidoCADJ window open with the same size setting of the first window.
