German UI translations / corrections #141

@DarwinNE I have taken a look at the new / modified UI strings you mentioned in #42 on 2017-10-02 and 2017-03-06 and translated them.

I am not 100% sure about the Libs=Libs one though. I interpreted it as the plural of

libraries

If I got that right, my translation should be correct. There is no nice abbreviation or slang for this in German.

Hi @crud3 first of all, thank you very much for your contribution! Yes, your interpretation about "libs" is correct. It is the string appearing in the key that allows you to show or hide the libraries tab. libs_fidocadj

It would be better to have a small word in this place, but in other languages the word is not so small after all (for example in french it is "Bibliothèque"),.

Your work is perfect.

I think I can close #42 for the moment.
