Hi, I noticed that the Greek translation of FidoCadJ contains some resources that still are un-translated. Would it be possible for someone to translate them?

Split_layers_multiple_files=Split layers in multiple files
Copy_as_image=Copy as image
param_hints=Hints
param_greek=Greek
param_misc=Misc
text_hints=Use "_" to introduce an index or "^" to introduce an exponent. End with the opposite command, i.e. "^" to terminate an index and "_" to terminate an exponent. Type "__" to get a simple underline symbol "_" and "^^" to get a simple caret "^". For example: "3^2_+4^2_=5^2"
restart_info=If you change the following options, restart FidoCadJ:

as well as the "integer" there:

Grid_width = Πλάτος πλέγματος (integer):

Thanks in advance! D.

I can work for the translation of website , is there a way to do the translation from GitHub's environment?

DarwinNE commented 4 years ago

Yes, the website is implemented as the "gh-pages" branch of the project.

Look at there:

https://github.com/DarwinNE/FidoCadJ/tree/gh-pages/multilanguage_tool/languages

I think you can add another directory called "greek" and copy there the files. FidoCadJ 0.24.8 is almost ready. I think I will update the site soon and maybe change some details.

The person who put together the current version of the site was not active recently on the FidoCadJ project. However, he described how to work on the site in an Italian forum post (number 279 of the discussion), that I hope will be understandable with Google translate:

https://translate.google.fr/translate?hl=&sl=it&tl=el&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.electroyou.it%2Fforum%2Fviewtopic.php%3Ff%3D21%26t%3D31581%26start%3D270

Ideally, a day or another we may complete this page in English:

https://github.com/DarwinNE/FidoCadJ/wiki/How-to-update-FidoCadJ's-website

Thank you! I'll take a good look at them.

Hello @ioampatzidis I deployed the Greek version of the website. It is working very well, from what I can judge. I tweaked some details here and there. Thank you again for the wonderful work! D.

Hello!

I added a library in the website. As a result, there is a resource that is not translated anymore in Greek:

http://darwinne.github.io/FidoCadJ/lang/gr/libs.html

Would it please be possible for someone to translate it? The file to edit is this one:

https://github.com/DarwinNE/FidoCadJ/blob/gh-pages/multilanguage_tool/languages/greek/libs.php

Kind regards, D.

Dear all, is there a way to implement again the Greek translation of the website? @gremirarunico, do you think it would be possible to take the translated resources that were present in the old version of the website (as per #203)? May @ioampatzidis can help you?

Kind regards, D.

I am sorry for not responding in so long time. I had some personal issues. I don't know a word of greek, but creating a translation is very easy. It can be done coping all files FidoCadJ / hugo / content / *. It.md changing the "it" suffix to "gr" suffix (check all directories), translate them in greek and then it is automatic. If @ioampatzidis needs support I am happy to help him.
