FAQ page navigation link fixing and styling + canonical link added #19

I fixed the list link and added the canonical link.

I think I have been able to manually merge the pull request.

What happened is that you merged some of the changes I did on the master branch to gh-pages. In fact, I updated the README on master and not on gh-pages, and I worked on the manual.
