Greek language Update #193

Hello, I add a new folder at FidoCadJ\multilanguage_tool\languages and i named it greek. Inside this direction I put all PHP files as the italian and english folders have. Inside these php files I made the translation in greek. Except that, I put greek flag icon in 40x27 resolution in the flags folder.

-You could clearly query each PHP page by hand and save the HTML source code, then publish it. I have set up an automatic system contained in the page upadate_page_content.php Browsing on this page, a script is started that queries all the pages in multilanguage_tool / for each language and automatically saves the output in the php_to_html_outpu / * folder relative to the language.

Thank you @ioampatzidis that's a great job! For the moment, I merge your PR; leave me a few days: I will probably work on the website when the final 0.24.8 release will be finished.
