Create an import system #249

I believe it would be useful to have an importing system that facilitates writing the imports, similar to what we have with the exports.

It has been requested in the past, but I always thought it would be an extremely difficult task. I think the best approach would be to create external tools that create FidoCadJ code. If they prove to work sufficiently well on the field and they are properly maintained, we may consider to include them in the main program.
