A few improvements #263

I implemented a class to add the classic popup menu functionalities for text (copy, cut, paste, select all).
Using the class is very simple and requires just one line of code for each editable text control.

I took the liberty of adding my name to the acknowledgments section of the README. I hope that's okay.
