Add simplified Chinese translation.

"config.preventer.noStrip.tooltip": "防止你给原木去皮", I guess it's better not to use 2nd person here, though the original translation uses "you". Things like "config.preventer.noStrip.tooltip": "防止给原木去皮", should be more objective.
