[Feature] Prevent use of respawn anchor in overworld / end #23

I like using the respawn anchor as a decoration block, but if you right click it by accident when it's charged it'll explode.

Would it be possible to disable interaction with the respawn anchor like the bed in the nether/end?

Yes, thats a good idea i'll implement that in the 1.1.0 Release
