Problem:
Dolphins are only in the "preventNeutralMobAttacking" option. There is (most of the time) no benefit to attacking dolphins. Also they have a retaliation mecanic similar to zombified piglins, who do have a seperate option.
Solution:
Add Dolphins to the "preventRareMobAttacking" option or create an additional option, to prevent dolphin hitting.
