Confusion about the contents of the repository #1

Hi: Thank you very much for your data. The RNA tertiary structure of SARS-COV-2 is indeed an interesting topic, and the operation of FARFAR2 is really time-consuming. I'm a little confused about the contents of the repository. Are subfolders structural predictions for Untranslated Region and frame shift ? I'm also interested in the structure of coding regions(CDS), such as NSP12 (non-structural protein). I wonder if your repo contains this information. Thank you again best wishes

The subfolders are structural predictions for portions of the UTR's and the frameshift stimulation element. For coding regions we have not provided predictions for the RNA 3D structure. If you are interested, you can find RNA secondary structure predictions for intervals in the coding regions at https://github.com/DasLab/SARSCoV2_Secstruct_Cons.
