Speed/parallelization #12

This can be slow when for example adding barcode many sequences, bpps need to be calculated for each, and a lot can be done in parallel. This will also become a larger problem with mutate-map-rescue designing #1 . Likely first design for slurm (sherlock) for the lab.

the library preperation processing can be parralized using slurm.
