Visualize the mutational sites #8

Currently on the base-pair-probability matrix and probability unpaired heatmaps, we visualize the boundary between constant regions, pads, barcodes, and region of interest using lines. We can add a feature to highlight the location of mutations from wildtype on these graphs.

Implemented for probability unpaired heatmaps, still not for base-pair-probability matrix, adding good first issue as implementation for unpaired can be taken as a template.

Done, just like colorbar, room for beautification if requested.
