Package still maintained? #16

Is there still any desire to maintain this package? The number pull request has been hanging for a long time.

I liked the concept of the code, I made some implementation including the numbering and custom labeling of specific bases. If there is desire to maintain and expand on the current code I will put in the effort to clean up the code and add a pull request. But I rather safe myself the time if it is not going to be used.

Hey @Tmarinus! Thanks for reaching out. The maintenance of this repository actually came up in discussion not to long ago. The plan is that we'll be taking over maintainership in the @eternagame organization since we're more likely to use it there vs in the Das Lab.

(On a technical note: We have a disconnected fork there already which has diverged - such as merging the largely-duplicitous render_rna and render_rna_flip. The intent is to get those changes integrated here, remove that fork, then transfer this repo back over to that org)

While I can't guarantee the timeline on when the above will happen (it's part of an ongoing workstream but I have been pulled aside on other work recently), I can say that it is certainly the intent to maintain this package long term given its usefulness and usage in production systems. PRs welcome, and will review once I get back to working on this!

@luxaritas That sounds good, once I find some time I will submit some changes I made (most significant custom labels at bases of choice).
