Description Of Service Or Screen: As a WordWeave user, I want to create a new tag, so that I can initiate discussions and categorize content around a specific topic of interest.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can access a "Create New Tag" feature, either in the app settings or when creating a new thread.
• The "Create New Tag" feature includes fields for entering a tag name, a brief description, and optional category selection.
• The system checks the uniqueness of the tag name, ensuring that there are no existing tags with the same name.
• Users receive real-time feedback on the availability and validity of the chosen tag name.
• After successfully creating a new tag, users can immediately use it when creating a new thread or associate it with existing threads.
• New tags are added to the global list of available tags for other users to discover and follow.
• Users receive a confirmation message upon successful creation of a new tag.

By default a user can create a new tag by creating a post with this tag. Is it still necessary to add the creation of a new tag separately? I am putting this ticket aside and will think about it when tag based timelines are implemented to see how the flow of the website behaves.

After using and testing the site for some time now, I have no better lace for the "create thread" button. Will close this issue and in case I have a new Idea this issue will be reopened.
