Description Of Service Or Screen: Pagination for timeline

User Objective: As a user, I want to load the site fast, but also to read all possible threads.

Acceptance Criteria:

• when loading the timeline, only a specific number of threads get loaded
• the user gets navigate to more / older threads through buttons (pagination) at the bottom of the thread list
• the user can navigate for and back through pages.
