Description Of Service Or Screen: N/A

User Objective: As a user, I want to be able to create a new thread with a title, content, and tags, so that I can share my thoughts and engage with the community.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When I am not logged in, I should not be able to create a thread.
• When I fill out the thread creation form with valid data, the thread should be successfully created.
• When I submit the thread creation form with invalid data, I should be informed about the errors and the thread should not be created.
• When I submit the thread creation form without a title, content, or tags, the form should not be valid.
• When I submit the thread creation form with a title longer than 255 characters, the form should not be valid.
• When I submit the thread creation form, the thread should be saved successfully.
