User Objective: As a user, I want to be able to upvote or downvote a thread, so that I can express my opinion on its quality or relevance.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When I upvote a thread, its vote count should increase by 1.
• When I downvote a thread, its vote count should decrease by 1.
• When I change my upvote to a downvote, the thread's vote count should decrease accordingly.
• When I change my downvote to an upvote, the thread's vote count should increase accordingly.
