User Objective: As a user, I want to ensure that I can only upvote or downvote a thread once, so that the voting system remains fair and accurate.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When I upvote a thread, its vote count should increase by 1.
• When I attempt to upvote the same thread again, the previous vote should be removed, and the vote count should return to 0.
