If you think it's a good idea, I might dump some feature requests in here sometimes, use cases I've seen elsewhere or have myself.

Not in a "ADD THIS NOW PLSSSSS" kinda desperate way, just to catalogue what use cases exist.

Can you elaborate on the kind of the pause state this would be? It can range from very simple "pause all updates to the game" to more fine-tuned world update pausing.

Also, feature requests and suggestions are always welcome!

Whichever one is used by the game when opening Tutorial windows.
