French localization #125

Hi,

I created a french locale file, i hope it can help. If you need anything please let me know.

(Btw, i called the file fr_FR because that's how i think it should be, but if you need fr_EU, i'll just rename it)

This file has one line duplicated, for some reason. I'll just post another one.

Thanks! I didn't see any duplicated lines.

@Dasfaust The line 37 and 39 'menu_creation_price_info' are duplicated.
