This should reference 4th edition of DASH and not define anything new.

There are some open issues in this GitHub repo about URL resolution. Does 4th edition cover them all? Should be checked.

Please note also that security chapter says client SHOULD use random URL from set of alternatives, instead of the looser text in MPEGDASH ("may" use any). This guidance should be uniform across all URL types, so worth reviewing by DASH-IF.
