DTS-UHD DASH-IF IOP and update of DTS sections #398

This issue is for tracking purposes of the DTS work item to add DTS-UHD Audio as a DASH-IF interoperability point approved in the December 2019 face to face meeting.

A CR will prepared to add the DTS-UHD audio codec

The DTS and DTS-HD code point specifications will be brought up to date including updating the references

A single publication will be prepared that covers this issue, and issues #141, #149 and #268 as an amendment and corrigendum to the DASH-IF IOP Version 4.3 specification as agreed in DASH-IF IOP June 8, 2020

All issues have been addressed. Should have been closed last year.
