C.4 MPD Anchors
This notation shall only be used if MPD@availabilityStartTime is present.
This t=posix:xxx notation parameter shall not be used if a period parameter is used. In addition, at most one of the two parameters, period and t shall be present in an anchor.
there still have issue that , if Period@start exist , and #t exist at same time for live/dynamic contents
it will hurt to find out resut will be cotent time = MPD@availabilityStartTime + Period@start + #t
which is unknwon behavier .
need some rule for this case
1 forbidden it
2 add rule for when it's live ,and Period@start exist , #t should be base on MPD@availabilityStartTime + Period@start rather MPD@availabilityStartTime only
according spec 23009-1 5th ,
