In 1.4.1: "Any KIDs in Movie Fragment sample group description boxes override the ‘tenc’ parameter of the ‘default_KID’, as well as the ‘not encrypted’ parameter. "

Restating what CENC says already. Thus this is not a DASHIF constraint.

Indeed this chapter should only contain additional constraints. OKfor me to remove or move -- maybe to Table 5?

discussed in the DRM meeting to move this infomration to chapter 1.1.1 - recommended to close.
