As for editorial comments: thank you for taking time fixing them. On point though:

I used DASH Player and Application as defined terms, i.e not using "the" with them. Same practice with any specific term such as "Media Buffer" (capitalized first letters, so "defined"). We should decide on the convention cross all DASH-IF specs. I'm ok either way, but slightly prefer treat them as defined terms.

As for adding the support for embedded DASH emsg in timed metadata tracks, I'm supportive. But we need a bigger discussion and a group consensus on that, since it is a major technical feature IMO.
