Multiperiod support, for ad insertion experimentations in low latency mode. RTP with SCTE markers works great for that.

Clarification: MPEG-2 TS input (possibly encapsulated in RTP) and MPEG-2 TS contains SCTE markers. Specification should follow the DASH-IF Ad Insertion IF-2 and IF-3, possibly with low-latency extensions. We need to specify how SCTE mapping is done to DASH Periods.
