Relation to CTA WAVE #15

The CTA WAVE Device playback specification has a clause on playback of encrypted CMAF content. @dsilhavy has done some updates to this clause. We refer to this in the part 1 document. It would be good to create a relationship to this part.

Looking at part 1, I can see the document in the reference section, but it is not used in the document (I looked in Part 1-DRAFT revision 4)

How obvious is the DASH-IF content protection signaling being used for dash.js/EME? In a future version, can we provide a mapping of MPD parameters into an EME workflow. Proposal to complete the CTA WAVE spec and then reference. For the next version of CPS specification.
