Multiple movie fragments per Segment #35

In order to complete the work on low-latency DASH, one possible solution is using Multiple movie Fragments per Segments to enable chunked transfer. This is also considered backward-compatible. Based on this, a few questions arise that should be addressed (also collected by DVB):

Are there known incompatibilities with specs and implementations for DASH media segments that contain more than one moof/mdat?
What is the variation in coding efficiency with chunk size?

On the first one, MSE supports it according to Akamai experience. More information is welcome on evidence that there is no issue. On the coding efficiency, for video there is data from ParisTech which shows that the overhead can be ignored. For audio, it may be different. Thomas will check with Ingo if there is any information.
