PRFT as Event #47

Dear Thomas, all, I was wondering if it would make sense to define a prft related schemeIdUri, this way the event API might be used to be notified of prft boxes received, this would help in testing low latency workflows in practice, I created an issue around this under events https://github.com/Dash-Industry-Forum/Events/issues/34 , but it relates to live aswell, thanks, kind regards, Rufael

(Live TF 2019/06/14) Should be done in Event TF, but supported from this group. Also needs to be checked with dash.js implementation. No further actions here
