Dynamic Service Validation memory outage because of large minimumUpdatePeriod #67

The dynamic MPD provided below has a minimumUpdatePeriod of 100Y, which is too large to calculate all the segment URLs in Dynamic Service Validation software before even checking their availability. This causes the software to have memory problems.
