Clarification on EventStream@PresentationTimeOffset #14

For the spec, it is not clear whether InbandEventStream@PresentationTimeOffset is applied to inband events or EventStream@PresentationTimeOffset is intended for MPD events only. Please clarify.

DASH-IF believes the current 23009-1 specification is not clear regarding the EventStream@PresentationTimeOffest attribute and requests MPEG to clarify whether this value is also applied to inband events or is only applicable to MPD events.
