Version 3.2.2 was released on 13th April 2021
Main features

Additional topic, not sure if this has been raised yet:

@availabilityTimeComplete : NOTE If the value is set to false, then it can be inferred by the client that the segment is available at its announced location prior being complete.

If the @availabilityTimeComplete flag is set to true for such a Representation on any level, then the entire Segment may not yet be available at the adjusted segment availability start time. -> This should be „false“ instead of „true“ ?
