Spec should be structured into general, and DASH MPD related sections #12

The majority of the spec applies to a wide range of protocols and devices using access tokens in HTTP headers and URL query parameters as specified by IETF for authentication and authorization for streaming use cases. It would be useful to keep the general portion in a separate section that can be referenced by various device and protocol specifications to promote consistent implementation in streaming devices.

Another section should cover DASH specific information, e.g. where tokens are specified in the MPD and processed by the DASH MPD parser and player.

Fixed in TAC 1.0 with generic sections and a DASH-specific section (5 Access Token Exchange Protocol and Signalization for DASH)
