Section 4.2 defines transport of tokens in HTTP requests via a URI query string parameter.
Whilst this makes sense for CDN related use-cases, for license acquisition use-cases, this seems somewhat onerous.
Would it be possible to allow transport via similarly defined HTTP header also - e.g "DASH-IF-IETF-TOKEN"
