Consolidating Axinom CMAF content #125

Here in the top, there are the Axinom test vectors http://testassets.dashif.org/#feature/details/5d7a52d1a5eeda55aa66335a

So DASH-IF expects the vectors to be aligned to the WD, can you please check this?

We plan to review and update all the Axinom test vectors in the next 6 months. CMAF conformance will be part of this.
