m3u8s to DASH/CMAF content should be annotated properly:

The Name field should just say: This is not a DASH-IF conforming test vector, but an m3u8 to a DASH CMAF profile content.

The Description field should say: This is not a DASH-IF conforming test vector. This is an m3u8 to a DASH CMAF profile content located here: https://testassets.dashif.org/#testvector/details/XYZ
