Probable A/V sync issue #89

http://dash.akamaized.net/dash264/TestCases/5a/nomor/1.mpd, and related vectors has earliestPresentation time 1024 for video and zero for audio without edit list (no composition offset). Hence the A/V sync issue might be investigated.
