Dash price manipulation and artificial sell pressure in bull runs

It has come up several times in various forums that there are indications of Dash price manipulation by different parties:

• Some exchanges are naked short Dash. It creates an incentive for them to throw bad news out there or even announce that they stop Dash support.
• Some Dash staking solutions return a higher interest than what MNs receive. The question is how much of coins that are staked used for shorting Dash.
• Binance in particular offers 11% interest, which is way higher than MN interest. It runs ~270 MNs, which are immediately liquidated in bull runs and put a huge sell pressure on Dash.
• It is important that Dash holders be informed about potential consequences of keeping their Dash on exchanges or staking them. See an example thread about this issue here.

Re: exchanges having naked short positions in Dash; I believe this is just conjecture. However we may want to document any evidence we have that this practice is known to occur in general with exchanges, and anything that would lead one to believe that this may be happening specifically for Dash. Is this testable in any way? Or is the end goal to simply encourage Dash holders to not hold their dash on exchanges because this could be happening?
