Lack of enough communication and regular meetings with the community by DCG #11

DCG currently holds regular quarterly calls, however it has come up again and again that the community and in particular MNOs would like to have regular Q&A meetings with DCG execs. We believe a better communication from DCG not only provides more confidence in Dash investors but also would significantly reduce negative feedback and time to time attempts of DCG micromanagement by MNOs.

Also suggested: utilize trust protectors as intermediaries between MNO and DCG execs when it comes to feedback on DCG exec performance. TPs could be in a position to more productively summarize MNO feedback for the DCG board, resulting in more actionable items and in a more structured format than a chat for example. Currently, when feedback is negative, it has a tendency to turn into an informal witch-hunt of sorts, which fosters negative energy so to speak, and can leave individual DCG members in an uncomfortable position. So my concern is also specifically with turning more feedback into constructive feedback.

They do already perform this function to a great extent, btw. I schedule a call about 2-3 weeks after the quarterly specifically to provide them some time for gathering and synthesizing feedback from the community. We do have substantive discussions on several topics every quarter... but I'm uncertain how well the outcomes from those discussions filter back to the community from the TPs. Would be interested in hearing whether the community is adequately exposed afterward. If not, I could suggest some changes for TPs to more formally report back to the MNOs and community as a whole (in a structured way - the topics discussed and the outcomes).
