Attracting new whales and large investors #12

Dash has clear advantages to other future of money cryptos (BTC/BCH/LTC) and the potential to provide a strong long-term value proposition story to large investors, not only because of its scarcity and utility aspects but also because it can adapt and improve as necessary with its DAO and voting structure. It seems Dash hasn't been successful in creating new connections with WS or attracting celebrities who are excited and support Dash.
