Devise ways to increase the community collaboration #24

Dash has a sizable community and there are limited ongoing efforts (various activities on social networks, dash incubator, tec.) to leverage the community power and willingness in addressing major dash issues. However we can do much more. There are many Dash holders who are willing to do small tasks but they are not programmers or they don't know what they can do. Some planning and coordination is required to achieve it.
