Low voter turn out #25

Low MNO participation (~1000 from ~4600 in average excluding exchanges ~3800) in voting is hurting the proposal system:

  1. MNOs who vote would be more likely to start engaging in discussions and maybe projects.
  2. More voters participation reduces the influence of few loud (negative) voices.

In this thread several ideas were discussed including their pros/cons:

  1. Conditioning MNOs rewards (partially) on voting.
  2. Facilitating voting for example by enabling voting from the mobile wallet.
