This was discussed again in Discord here

DCG has previously indicated that this in on their radar, but is considered a backlog item, as resources are limited and we are having all hands on deck to help prepare for the first Platform mainnet release.

I believe we need both a technical spec (DIP) and also a proper analysis on how the proposed solution would affect Dash's tokenomics. Seeing as no one has come forward to be actively working on this at this point, the current status seems to be to wait until this moves up on the priority list for DCG.

Part of the technical solution for trustless MN shares is to allow trustless multi-party payouts. We need a dev to work on it: https://trello.com/c/iGoVoTb3

This came up again here in regard to protecting Dash network from big stakers/exchanges. #10 is relevant too.
